Returns - Refunds and Replacements

You can return your item(s) to us within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund/replacement.  All that we ask is that the item(s) must be returned to us unused in their original packaging with all tags attached.  Items that have been used, washed, soiled or damaged in any way will invalidate our offer.

You are strongly advised to use signed-for (recorded) delivery when returning orders - we will not be held responsible for returns that go missing in the post.  Customers wishing to return items for exchange or refund must do so at their own cost.

Extended Christmas Returns Policy - We are aware people start buying for Christmas now so as of the 1st November we have extended our returns policy and you are able to return any goods purchased up until the end of January.
