How long does delivery take?

All deliveries are subject to availability and authorisation of your payment.  We shall endeavour to deliver the goods within 5-7 working days after we receive your offer.  If there are any delays we will notify you of such delay as soon as possible.

Are my credit card details safe?

Yes.  Our payment service provider, Protx provide the safest means available today for ordering securely on the Internet.  Click here to read our security statement. 

Are all of your fashion items and handbags authentic?

Yes.  In most cases we buy directly from the fashion house, cutting out the third party distributors and eliminating the risk of questionable suppliers.
