Fashion shopping on the Internet can be as safe as buying clothes from a reputable high street shop or paying for a meal at a restaurant.

Where do I start?

Fashion shopping on the Internet is the same as shopping anywhere else, but without the walking!  You look around our shop, put items you want into your shopping basket and then pay for them - we are committed to the safety of your personal information, please see our credit card security page for more information.

How do I look around your shop?

We have put our products into separate categories such as 'Handbags' , 'Designer Handbags', 'Shoes' etc to make it easier to find what you are looking for.  Some categories have sub-categories, again to make finding what you want easier. 

What is my shopping basket?

Your shopping basket is not the same as a real one but it does the same job.  When you add items to your shopping basket, we remember which items they are so that when you are ready to pay for your order, we then display all the items you have chosen.

Like a real shopping basket, you can take items back out again if you have changed your mind or made a mistake. 

How do I put an item in my shopping basket?

On every product page you will see an 'Add to Basket' button.  If you want a particular item, simply click the 'Add to Basket' button and the item will be automatically put into your shopping basket. 

I've chosen what I want, what next?

At the top of every page in our shop, you will see a 'Checkout' link.  When you are ready to complete your order, click on the 'Checkout' link - this will take you into our Checkout page.

You will be able to see all of the items you have put into your shopping basket.

At any time you can come back out of our Checkout page and go back into our shopping pages.


How do I pay for my order?

We accept all major credit cards.

Are my credit card details and personal information safe?

Yes they are!  We do not share your personal information with anyone else.  Because we use Protx to process our customers' online payments, we never see your credit card details.

When is my order going to be delivered?

We will email you the day we dispatch and you should recevied your goods the next day.

At any stage you are welcome to email us and ask for an update on your order!
